Yaroslav Lissovolik
Head of investment research at Sberbank CIB
Yaroslav Lissovolik is the Head of Investment Research at Sberbank CIB, a position he has held since October 2018. He has a robust background in economics and finance, having previously served as Chief Economist at the Eurasian Development Bank and in various roles at Deutsche Bank, including Chief Economist and Head of Company Research in Russia. His career also includes experience at the International Monetary Fund, where he was an Advisor to the Executive Director for the Russian Federation from 2001 to 2004.123
In addition to his corporate roles, Lissovolik is actively involved in several advisory councils and committees, such as the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy and the Bretton Woods Committee. He has contributed to academic and policy discussions through publications focused on Russia's economic integration and global economic issues.13
Lissovolik is also the founder of BRICS+ Analytics, an initiative aimed at providing insights and analysis on BRICS countries and their global economic interactions.3
