Yaprak Baltacioglu is a distinguished public sector leader with over 25 years of extensive experience in the Federal Government, where she has played key roles in shaping strategic policies and overseeing critical programs.

Throughout her career, she has advised multiple Prime Ministers, ministers, Cabinets, and departmental officials on a wide range of issues spanning the economy, transport, security, healthcare, and environmental sectors.

Yaprak is a trusted advisor known for her expertise in legislative and regulatory affairs, policy development, international relations, and the inner workings of government, emphasizing principles of good governance and government-wide policy direction.

She has received recognition for her significant contributions to the public sector, including being named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women's Executive Network.
