Yannick Vinay holds a diverse educational background, including studies in business management at HEC School of Management and specialized programs at École Polytechnique, IGS-RH, and Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand. Additionally, he has completed a national session at INTEFP.

Throughout his career, Yannick Vinay has been involved in various roles, including co-founder at NOCODE SOLUTIONS, manager at Phoenix Access, lecturer at Université Paris-Saclay, and founder in leadership roles at ANAMY and MANAONA (Vit-On-Job). He has also contributed significantly in business development at GDF SUEZ and as an associate professor in HR marketing and social innovation at ESC CLERMONT FERRAND.

Yannick Vinay is dedicated to fostering women's participation in the digital field, evidenced by the partnership of NOCODE with organizations such as Pôle Systematic, FACE Paris, Observatoire Commédia, and Val d’Oise Numérique.
