Yaniv Agmon

Yaniv Agmon is an experienced HR professional, psychotherapist, and certified human resources expert with over a decade of experience in start-ups and global organizations. He is also a passionate talent sourcer and headhunter who seeks out highly skilled engineers, tech-leads, and managers. He co-founded GoodFit, a talent acquisition firm where he is always on the hunt for new talents, ventures, and biz-collaborations. Yaniv is knowledgeable in social networking, talent acquisition, sourcing, and master of headhunting techniques. He can define, implement, and lead recruitment processes, identify needs, job profiles, and initiate well-planned hiring procedures. He can also establish HR strategy and policies and provide HR consulting and management coaching, including staff retention, development, mediation, and conflict resolution. Yaniv holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in economics from Tel Aviv University and studied existential psychotherapy and psychology at Seminar Hakibbutzim.
