Yanis KHALIFA

Yanis Khalifa is a Digital Transformation Consultant with a strong IT background. He began his career as an IT programmer at a software company before becoming a consultant at the Digital Innovation Department of the Greater Caen. During his experience there, Yanis was in charge of implementing the Public Transparency Policy in line with Open Data best practices. He holds a master's degree in management, specialized in Economic & Regional Development from the Normandy Business School for which he defended a professional thesis about Open Data as a democracy issue.

He has worked at major organizations like Renault and Capgemini, and has experience managing and leading projects.
