Yanira Wong

Yanira Gonzalez Wong is a skilled legal leader with extensive experience in preparing companies for IPOs and assisting with the transition to being a public entity.

She has served as the legal lead for the DocuSign IPO and has worked with notable companies such as Chime, Zynga, and Yahoo.

Her expertise spans corporate governance, securities law, M&A, equity plans, subsidiary management, stock administration, and overseeing employment law functions and ethical compliance programs.

Yanira is a member of TechGC and has spoken at prestigious events like the Society of Corporate Secretaries National Conference.

She holds a BA in Government and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College, a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and has also attended Vincent Memorial High School.
