Yanir Jindi

Yanir Jindi is a seasoned operational and plant manager with over 16 years of experience, primarily in the plastics industry. He has a strong track record in leading internal and cross-organizational processes, including cost reduction, enhancing output efficiency, and elevating product quality. Yanir excels in managing large organizations, overseeing personnel, budgets, and investments. His expertise lies in offering a broad systemic perspective, operating within a multi-interface environment, and fostering excellent working relationships through effective interpersonal communication skills.

Yanir pursued his academic journey by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The College of Management Academic Studies. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Haifa.

Throughout his career, Yanir Jindi has held significant positions in reputed organizations. He served as the Plant Manager at Ackerstein, Keter, and Panchim (Plazit group). Additionally, he has also contributed his expertise as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Plastopil.
