Yang Yen Thaw is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in law, management consulting, and training. Currently serving as the managing director of 2iB Partners in Singapore, he specializes in cross-border consultancy and M&A, assisting companies in scaling up and internationalizing. Yang's extensive experience includes executive roles, owning a law firm, investments, finance, and cross-border activities. His expertise spans areas like culture integration, change management, and implementing best practices. He has introduced innovative solutions such as CoAggregation®, 2RM, GRAC, and YLRM in his roles as a senior management and corporate lawyer across various jurisdictions.
