Yana Gutierrez is a highly skilled and experienced senior executive with a diverse background in financial services, travel, hospitality, and professional services. With a deep understanding of developing and implementing effective strategies, Yana has a talent for building new business opportunities, increasing revenue, and expanding client relationships across diverse geographic regions and markets.

With experience managing portfolios ranging from $2B in travel sales to $13B in charge volume, Yana has a proven ability to establish productive relationships with partners of all sizes and at all levels of an organization. Yana is also a skilled leader with a talent for navigating organizations through growth and change strategies.

Yana is a former Vice President at American Express, where she held senior leadership positions across several divisions, including Strategic Partnerships, Industry Development, and Growth & Emerging Industries. Prior to American Express, Yana held leadership positions at FrontLine Capital Group, Avon Products, and The Boston Consulting Group. She holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Villanova University.

Outside of her professional work, Yana is also an active member of her community, serving on the board of several education-focused organizations, including the Bronx Charter School for the Arts, University Heights Charter School, and Montclair Film. Yana has also been invited to keynote at top industry events, such as the New York Times Travel Show.
