With a strong track record in building and leading successful teams, Yan co-founded and served as the COO of Bond, a fintech company that was acquired by FIS in 2023 after raising $42 million.

During his tenure at Bond, Yan oversaw the development of a universal ledger that revolutionized transaction processing for various financial products, empowering software companies to offer banking services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Yan Wu held pivotal roles at SoFi and BlackRock, where he spearheaded data science and analytics initiatives to drive marketing performance, operational efficiency, and risk management using artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Yan Wu's career kickstarted in the hedge fund industry, notably serving as the Head of Analytics for alternative data at BlackRock, where his team played a crucial role in managing over $17 trillion in assets.
