- Lead consumer insights, market insights and strategy work in Asia for 5 brands (Clorox, Ever Clean, Burt’s Bees, Glad & Prestone), covering local BU sales & marketing needs, international new product development needs, as well as regional BU strategy needs.
- Supported the development of 5 years strategic plan for Burt’s Bees China, lead the initial industry expert interview work which convinced US HQ to empower Asia team to further develop the 5 years strategic plan, as well as further work on brand repositioning for China.
- Act as the voice of consumers within the organisation, observe the evolving human psychological and physical needs, and provide learnings to Marketing and R&D to enhance our ways of communications as well as feeds for new product development.

- Lead consumer research work for Clorox’s global top priority project of China Wipes Discovery, to identify the cultural hook for the positioning of wipes products for Chinese consumers, which leads to the launch of a few wipes products, in China and around the globe.
- Lead consumer U&A for the Cat litter brand, to identify directions to fine tune the communication strategy for our products, which leads to an update of the proposition as well as the simplification of the communications.

Designed Compliance Identification System (CIS) which later became the Nielsen Global sample improvement KPI process for all CPS operating countries.

Traditional RMS service is also under my radar with major focus on retailer clients and baby manufacturer clients. 

Responsible for research design, process development & enhancement, research analytics, project & stakeholders management, and talent build up.

Measurement Science country leader on product development and service support for Retail Measurement Services and Consumer Panel Service. 

Key achievement:
- Sucessfully and smoothly taken over the role from a 15+ year experience country leader in 3 months transition
- Launched Baby Audit Specialty Panel in HK, designed Macau Audit Service and HK On-premises tracking study. 
- Managed an operation migration project aimed to transfer local operation to India Vendor.  Completed sucessfully without quality escape and with 100% on-time accruate delivery after 2 months of transition period.

Responsible for China Consumer Panel Service setup and to manage the Hong Kong Consumer Panel Data Production Line.
