Yan Liang is a seasoned operator and strategic thinker with a wide range of experience leading organizations of different sizes and industries. Over the years, Yan has worked with startups, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies, honing his skills in operations, supply chain management, business development, and more. Currently, Yan serves as the head of strategic initiatives at Weee!, the largest ethnic e-grocer in the US, where he leverages his expertise to drive growth and innovation. Previously, Yan has held leadership positions at Warby Parker, Atomic, PERCH., and DCI, among others, where he led teams of over 100 people, managed end-to-end supply chains, and enabled companies to scale and succeed. In his free time, Yan enjoys cycling, adventure travel, and working on side projects.
