Yamil Pagan is a highly skilled professional with expertise in bill drafting related to natural resources and energy issues, renewable energy technology systems, energy efficiency, and emissions markets.

His background includes managing various renewable energy technology systems such as Wind Energy, Solar energy systems like Photovoltaic and Solar-thermal, Concentrated Solar Power, Geothermic Power, OTEC, Biomass, and Hydroelectric.
