Yair Poleg

Yair Poleg is the Co-Founder and CTO of Ayyeka Technologies, a company that provides innovative, cyber-secure, turnkey data monitoring solutions for the industrial automation industry.1 He held this position from January 2011 to November 2023.1

Prior to co-founding Ayyeka, Poleg served in various roles within the Israel Defense Forces, including:

• Project Officer in Unit 8200, an elite intelligence and cyber-security unit (2003-2005)1
• Software Team Leader (2001-2003)1
• Cyber-Security Team Leader (2000-2001)1
• Software Developer (1999-2000)1

Poleg has a strong academic background in computer science:

• PhD and MSc from the Hebrew University1
• B.A. from IDC Herzliya, specializing in cyber-security1

He is fluent in both Hebrew and English, with native or bilingual proficiency in both languages.1 Poleg's expertise lies in Industrial IoT, and he has been involved in introducing innovative solutions to the field through his work at Ayyeka.1
