YA LIN (Amber) CHEN is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in the field of healthcare and pharmacy.

Amber holds a Master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Informatics at Taipei Medical University, along with a Bachelor's degree in clinical pharmacy from the same institution.

Amber has a diverse professional experience, having worked in various roles including Community Pharmacist at MedFirst Healthcare Services Inc (4175), Intern at Aesop Technology, and Intern at 台灣數位外交協會Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association.

In addition to her practical experience, Amber has been involved in multiple organizations such as Taipei Medical University, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, BE Accelerator, City University of Hong Kong, and World Business Dialogue, where she has contributed significantly.

Amber has also showcased her leadership skills by serving as the Head of Collaborative Writing Department at Taipei Medical University and as a Delegate at Taiwan WHO Simulat, among other roles.
