Xuchen Yao

Xuchen Yao is a seasoned professional in the field of computer science, with a diverse educational background. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Language Science and Technology from Universität des Saarlandes, a Master of Arts in Linguistics from University of Groningen, and a Bachelor of Science in Acoustics from Nanjing University.

Throughout his career, Xuchen has held various key positions in prestigious organizations. He was a Cofounder and CEO at Vobil.com and SEASALT.AI, as well as the Founder and CEO at KITT.AI which was later acquired by Baidu. He also served as a Principal Architect at Baidu USA, a Research Intern at Google, and had internships at notable institutions such as Vulcan, Inc., Information Science Institute at the University of Southern California, and Nokia Research Center Beijing.

In addition to his professional roles, Xuchen Yao has engaged in academic activities, having been a visiting research student at City University of Hong Kong, a student at Saarland University and University of Groningen, as well as a summer intern at the USC Institute for Creative Technologies and Motorola Global Software Group.
