With a background in general corporate law, he has diversified his skills into cutting-edge technological asset protection and development, particularly within the burgeoning start-up ecosystem of the global innovation economy.

Xing Lim has been involved in heavy infrastructure investment initiatives spanning China and Indonesia, encompassing sectors like power plants (coal, geothermal), agriculture projects, and real estate, with a focus on aspects such as project finance, debt restructuring, due diligence, and equity market investments.

His professional portfolio extends to strategic investments in various industries, including Fintech, data management, space technology, architecture, medical, cosmetic, and F&B sectors, both at international and domestic levels.

In the realm of international corporate dispute resolution, he has successfully managed negotiations to reach favorable settlements, such as resolving a substantial international pharmaceutical dispute involving a Singapore-based bio-pharmaceutical research company entangled in a USD 50 million conflict.

Noteworthy projects Xing Lim has been a part of include facilitating a multi-million dollar acquisition of an apartment building in Tokyo for a multinational group of investors and overseeing a million-dollar foreign investment into Japanese equity markets.
