Ximena Sarango is a versatile professional with a background that combines design, business, education, and innovation. A Parsons School of Design graduate in Interior design, Sarango's academic journey took her through the California College of the Arts, where she received an MBA in Design Strategy, and The City College of New York, where she earned an M.Ed. in Bilingual Childhood Education.

Sarango has demonstrated expertise in project management, human-centered methodologies, and problem-solving, along with robust interpersonal and communication skills. She has worked at organizations like Wells Fargo, where she is a Design Strategist, as well as in public service as an Innovation Strategist for the City and County of San Francisco's Mayor's Office of Civic Innovation.

Sarango's experience encompasses diverse roles, including a designer at Champalimaud, a senior designer and project manager at Redmond Aldrich Design, and a design consultant for her own company, Refoveo. Her work also includes a stint as a bilingual teacher for the NYC Department of Education.
