Xiaoao Dong is a dedicated startup enthusiast with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem gained through his community-building work since 2012 in the Austrian startup scene.

He has established a wide network of international ecosystem key players and has delivered numerous keynotes in universities and schools.

Xiaoao's expertise spans various areas including company scouting, investor relations, partner support, and managing equity- and lending-based crowdfunding platforms, which has equipped him with a strong understanding of business planning, modeling, investor acquisition, and pitching.

Passionate about supporting sustainable and innovative business ideas, Xiaoao leverages his creativity in online marketing to collaborate with founders on campaigns that bring value to the community.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Xiaoao is a tea enthusiast with a particular fondness for Chinese tea ceremonies. In 2018, he embarked on an icy tea journey with his partner, David Prott.

Throughout his career, Xiaoao has been associated with various organizations, contributing his expertise and skills. He has held roles such as Business Mentor at Gründungsgarage, Corporate Marketing Manager at Restaurant Asiahouse, and Partner Support Manager at LION ROCKET, among others.
