Xi Weng pursued his education by studying the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Dartford Grammar School and GCSEs at City of London School. He furthered his studies by completing a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Accountancy at City, University of London.

Xi Weng's professional journey includes serving as the Channel Partner Manager for the UK & Ireland at monday.com. Prior to his current role, he held the position of EMEA Market Lead at Fountain. He also explored different opportunities during a career break dedicated to traveling.

Having a strong foundation in client relations and strategy, Xi Weng has previously worked in roles such as Client Strategy Director, Senior Client Services Manager, and Account Manager at companies like Captify and Struq. Additionally, he gained experience in finance as a Finance Assistant at Struq.

Before venturing into the corporate world, Xi Weng started his career as an Account Executive at Struq and as a Family Protection Consultant at Union Income Benefit.
