Xi-Wei Yeo is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with an insatiable thirst for concept designing and leadership development. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies. Xi-Wei founded Living Theories, a company that uses gamified programs and experiences to reinvent the thought processes of individuals and organizations. He is passionate about giving back to those in need and helping with training and business development. Xi-Wei sharpened his skills as a Loyalty Marketing Executive in Branding and Communications at Singapore Airlines before becoming Guest Relations Manager at Gattopardo Ristorante, Training and Development Intern at Les Amis Group, and Leadership Trainer at Leadership Development Centre. Xi-Wei is a former Conference Speaker at Living Theories and currently serves as its Director. His goal is to inspire others to change the world.
