Xenia Beyrich-Graf

Xenia Beyrich-Graf is an accomplished professional with a background in Chemistry, holding a PhD from the University of Basel and having studied at Kant Gymnasium.

With a rich history in the chemical industry, Xenia has held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Organic Synthesis at BASF, Senior Vice President of Performance Materials Research at BASF, and Senior Vice President of Performance Chemicals Research at BASF.

Prior to her tenure at BASF, Xenia served as the Head of Process Development at Ciba Specialty Chemicals and was involved with the Division of Industrial and Applied Chemistry at the Swiss Chemical Society (SCS).

With a breadth of experience, Xenia also previously managed the site at Ciba Specialty Chemicals as the Site Manager of Ciba Monthey SA.
