Xavier Lobeto is a seasoned executive with over two decades of comprehensive leadership background in both public and private domains. His career highlights encompass the successful establishment of a new business line within a corporate setting and the structuring of a fresh department for the Department of Defense.

With a strong focus on international multi-disciplined logistics, construction, supply chain, integrated logistics support, logistics information systems, program management & operations, facilities management, and cutting-edge business development, Xavier Lobeto has a robust skill set tailored for strategic growth and operational excellence.

Xavier Lobeto's educational journey includes a Master's Degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the US Army War College, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and another Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Franklin University, as well as an Associate's Degree in History from the New Mexico Military Institute.

Throughout his career, Xavier Lobeto has held key positions such as Senior Managing Director and former Senior Director of Business Development at KBR, Inc., former Director of Business Development at Vectrus, former Senior Operations Program Manager at Exelis (now part of Harris Corporation), and formerly served as Brigadier General in the US Army.
