Xavier Henry is an accomplished Projects & Operations manager with over 10 years of experience overseeing transformation and innovation projects in a variety of industries. He holds an Engineer's degree in Digital Projects Management from Polytech Paris-Sud and has a proven track record of effectively communicating with all levels of management to achieve high-quality results.

Before becoming Head of Operations / CTO at fleetizen, Xavier spent time as Mobility Solutions Team Manager at G7 taxis, Projects & Operations Manager (eCab/G7) at eCab, Project Manager at Enablon, and Project Manager at OpenPortal Software. In addition, he has also held positions as an IT Consultant at Thales and Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI, as well as a Vendeur at DECATHLON FRANCE.
