Technical Product Manager - Data Platform

• Drove discovery for the Client experience product lines, focusing on understanding data needs that contributed to internal application features for improved product performance and usability.
• Automated patient scheduling processes via batch/real-time integrations between Robin applications and the practice host system, enabling our operations team to deliver notes within the target goal of 24 hours.

Systems Integration Manager

• Managed the product cycle, including product scrum meetings, spring planning, presenting retrospectives, user story creation for software development, and feature prioritization based on feedback analysis and key objectives.
• Defined the product strategy, leveraging user patterns and insights to influence priorities and application development while advocating for and driving alignment between key stakeholders.
• Recruited, developed, and managed a team of 5 direct reports, fundamental to launching the pilot prior
authorization service to 2 key clients. Shared findings on project testing with the VP of BD, CEO, and President.
• Managed product development by utilizing project management software programs like Trello and Shortcut.
• Tracked KPIs for the product team and ensured alignment with senior leadership. Maintained key product documentation (process mapping, technical specs, etc.).
• Developed subject matter expert knowledge in clinical operations, including SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan) notes, medical coding, revenue cycle management, and prior authorizations.
• Expanded the testing and quality control framework as necessary to support new products.
• Successfully integrated various clinical IT systems with the NextGen Interface Engine (utilizing knowledge of SQL and Javascript) and transformed the Robin note data payload to Healthcare-specific HL7 and FHIR formats.
• Led a team in piloting and implementing a new prior authorization product into 2 practice administrative
workflows and managed all communications with the client.
• Prospected potential business partnerships with other healthcare organizations as well as conducted competitive analysis alongside C-level executives to build strategies for the company’s growth.

Associate Product Manager

• Delivered 500+ electronic medical record (EMR) clinical notes of patient encounters for healthcare providers remotely and learned from dozens of highly-qualified physicians in Primary Care, Orthopedic Surgery, and Urology.
• Directed accurate and detailed record management, formulating dozens of patient notes from live video feed/recordings of real-life patient encounters with physicians, and recorded symptoms, patient history, etc.
