Wrendon Timothy is an accomplished Executive and Finance professional with an impressive background spanning over 15 years in the industry.

During his tenure with Oxbridge Re Holdings Limited, he played a pivotal role in the company's registration with the SEC and subsequent listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market. His contributions as part of the Executive Management team were instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Prior to his role at Oxbridge Re, Wrendon gained valuable experience working with Big 4 firms where he provided assurance and tax services to a diverse clientele, mainly focusing on financial services.

His expertise spans across various domains including strategic planning, property & casualty insurance and reinsurance, banking, regulatory and financial reporting, internal controls, SEC reporting and compliance, business development, as well as leadership and teamwork.

Wrendon's academic background is equally impressive, having pursued advanced studies in business administration and finance. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Distinction from Heriot-Watt University. Additionally, he is a Chartered Certified Accountant from ACCA, and holds a Chartered Corporate Secretary certification from ICSA: The Governance Institute. He specialized in Finance during his MBA at Heriot-Watt University.

Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary at Oxbridge Re (NASDAQ: OXBR), Wrendon Timothy continues to showcase his exceptional skills and leadership in finance and corporate governance.

His previous roles include positions such as Assurance Manager at PwC, Senior Accountant at KPMG, and Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he honed his expertise and gained invaluable insights into the financial industry.
