Wouter Ligtenberg

Wouter Ligtenberg is an IT professional with extensive experience in various areas of technology.1 He currently serves as an IT Area Lead at ING.13 Ligtenberg has a diverse background, having worked in game development, RPA, authentication, DevOps CI/CD, and other IT domains.1 He is particularly passionate about CICD and automation in the tech industry.4

He worked as a Freelance (DEV/OPS, CLOUD, Site Reliability, Platform) engineer for ING and holds a Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification.2 He has also served as an MC for ING's Reliability event, demonstrating his involvement in knowledge sharing and tech events within the company.5

Recently, in November 2024, Ligtenberg announced his departure from ING Hubs Romania, expressing readiness for a new challenge after spending time in both the Philippines and Romania.6 Throughout his career, he has focused on finding the best solutions to problems and has been happiest when sharing knowledge with peers.13
