Wouter Geraedts

Wouter Geraedts is a skilled freelance software engineer with a passion for Rust programming, climbing, and space exploration. His educational background includes studies in VWO with a focus on Natuur en Gezondheid (N&G) at Bernardinus college, Hbo-docent in docentenopleiding bewegingswetenschappen, a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Movement Sciences, and a Bachelor in Bewegingswetenschappen with a specialization in Sport, all completed at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Throughout his career, Wouter has held various roles in prestigious organizations. He served as a Clinical Research Associate II at CATO SMS and previously as a Clinical Research Associate at the same company. Prior to that, he worked as a Clinical trial Assistant at SMS-oncology and Bayer. His teaching experience includes roles as a Docent for the Maximizing Performance Program (MPP) at Codarts, hogeschool voor de kunsten, as well as teaching positions at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN). Wouter has also been involved in administrative roles, such as Medewerker studentenzaken en administratie at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam / VU and Bijlesdocent en scriptiebegeleider at Studiemeesters.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Wouter Geraedts enjoys a variety of hobbies such as climbing and following developments in space exploration.
