Policy Advisor Social Affairs, Internal Market and Digital Economy at European Parliament
Wout Van Caimere is a highly educated professional with a Master's Degree in EU Studies and History from Ghent University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Université Pierre Mendès-France.
He further enhanced his knowledge through a Short Course on International Organizations Management at the University of Geneva.
With a strong background in policy advisory, Wout has served as a Policy Advisor in Social Affairs, Internal Market, and Digital Economy at the European Parliament.
His experience also includes coordinating the Youth Intergroup and engaging in political advocacy, campaigning, training, facilitation, policy research, and project management as a Freelance Consultant.
Prior to these roles, he held positions as an International Relations Officer at De Ambrassade and Vlaamse Jeugdraad, as well as an Officer for the EU Presidency at Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij - VMM. Additionally, he has interned at the European Parliament.
