Wojciech Gryc

Wojciech Gryc is the founder and CEO of Phase AI, the creators of PhaseLLM and evals.phasellm.com, with a passion for investing in companies focused on innovative products and experiences.

He has a diverse educational background, holding a MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing, Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, a BA/BSc in Mathematics, International Development Studies from the University of Toronto, and having attended Y Combinator in 2012.

Gryc is a seasoned professional with experience as a Rhodes Scholar, Loran Scholar, YC alumnus, and former McKinsey consultant. His career includes roles such as CEO and Co-Founder at Phase AI, Startup Investor and Advisor at various startups, CEO and Co-Founder at Canopy Labs, and Associate at McKinsey & Company.

Moreover, Gryc has contributed to organizations like IBM, serving as a Graduate-Level Researcher and an Extreme Blue Intern at IBM Business Consulting Services Group, as well as being the Executive Director and Founder of Five Minutes to Midnight.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Gryc is known for his intellectual curiosity, being an avid reader, and showcasing his endurance as an ultramarathon runner.
