Wladmir Ramos Silva is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across management consulting, executive coaching, sales & marketing, and executive search at multinational corporations (MNCs) and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in various global locations.

He began his career in the automotive industry focusing on sales and marketing, then transitioned to financial services before pursuing an MBA in the UK and joining a management consulting firm. He played a crucial role in expanding the firm's operations in Asia, growing the team significantly.

Wladmir is currently the Chief Operating Officer at inGen Dynamics, an AI & Robotics company, where he contributes to the company's remarkable growth. Additionally, he is a certified professional coach (PCC) supporting executives worldwide in career strategy, transition, and leadership development.

With a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration from Singapore Management University, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidade de Pernambuco, Wladmir combines academic excellence with practical industry experience.
