W.L. Pulsipher

W.L. Pulsipher, CSA, is a prominent figure in the Reverse Mortgage industry, with a career spanning over two decades in marketing and origination of Reverse Mortgages.

As the founder of American Reverse Mortgage®, he played a pivotal role in establishing it as the Fifth largest Reverse Mortgage Lender in 2004.

W.L. holds the title of Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® since 2000 and has been a Licensed Mortgage Professional since 1996.

Prior to his Reverse Mortgage endeavors, W.L. held various significant roles, including Operations Manager for the United States Senate, President of HCS Corporation, and Internal Control Manager at Xerox Corporation.

He is an accomplished educator, having previously served as a High School Teacher in Miami Dade County.

W.L. is actively involved in community service and is associated with organizations like the National Council on Aging and the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals.
