Winters Heafey is a seasoned expert in the field of commercial real estate, with extensive experience in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of industrial assets, including manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse facilities. His specialization lies in supply chain and distribution strategy, providing services in distribution and service area network design, customer requirement benchmarking, facility layouts, and process redesign.

Mr. Heafey's academic journey began at Piedmont High School, and he further pursued his education by completing his Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, Education from Denison University. He is currently serving as an Assistant Director at Savills, where he offers his expert advice, built upon extensive industry knowledge.

Mr. Heafey is passionate about serving the community and has volunteered his time to various organizations like the Colorado Chapter of CoreNet Global, Sturm Specialty in Military Psychology, Colorado Youth for a Change, Denison University Board of Advisors, Mountain Time Media, Association of the United States Army, and Real Estate Careers for the Armed Forces.
