Winter (Cyn) Skyberg, is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse background in teaching, art, and consulting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's degree in Psychology from The Chicago School of Psychology.

Winter is the current owner at WinterSky Art, where she creates jewelry and sculptures. Additionally, she is also a teacher of yoga, meditation, and wellness. With her past experience as a farmer, she offers a unique perspective on environmental wellness and sustainability.

Winter has had various roles throughout her professional career, including co-founder at Anvil Research, director of Community and Communications at Cloud Party, Inc., and vice president of Partnerships at Linden Lab. She has also served as an HR consultant at Genesys and was the Chief Talent and Culture Officer at Wikimedia Foundation.
