Winsie Deng is a seasoned professional with almost 10 years of experience in Human Resources & Operations, having worked for luxury brands such as Shangri-La, Langham, and K11, managing over RMB 100 million in expenses annually.

Born in Guangzhou(Canton), China, Winsie was raised by her adventurous grandpa who instilled a South East Asia lifestyle in her from a young age, leading her to explore various SEA countries during her GAP year to find her ultimate settlement.

A multi-talented individual, Winsie Deng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Economics from South China University of Technology, complemented by her education at Guangdong Experimental High School.

Passionate about assisting people, venturing into new territories, and fostering innovation, Winsie co-founded Web2ship.com with like-minded individual Alex Cheong. Their platform is dedicated to helping online sellers reduce shipping costs and achieve success.
