Winfield Brown

Winfield S. Brown is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in healthcare and business administration.

He holds a BA in Economics from Bates College, an MHA in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and an MS in Business from Husson University.

Currently serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Heywood Healthcare, Winfield specializes in strategy, turnarounds, performance, and quality management.

In his extensive career, he has held key positions including Vice President roles in administration, marketing, planning, development, and patient & staff satisfaction at various healthcare organizations.

Additionally, Winfield has a strong presence in the community, having been involved with organizations such as Unitil, Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster, GFA Federal Credit Union, and United Way of North Central Massachusetts.

His early professional progression includes contributions to St. Mary’s Foundation/St. Mary’s Health System and the University of Maine Foundation.
