Winahyu Anggoro is a highly accomplished Product Manager known for his exceptional leadership, project delivery, and people management skills. With a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the reputable Universitas Indonesia, Winahyu's career began at IBM, where he worked as an ERP Functional Consultant before moving on to be a System Analyst/Developer Intern at Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis.

Winahyu's career took off when he joined Tokopedia, Southeast Asia's unicorn company, where he served as a Product Manager, Senior Lead, Lead Product Manager, and Head of Product, among other executive positions during his tenure. He played an integral role in scaling up the Product team by 10x in less than two years and designing end-to-end Talent Management processes aimed at attracting and growing the best Product talent in Southeast Asia. Winahyu's track record includes accomplishing over a three-fold increase in business growth metric and tripling the speed of Mobile Application release, delivering over millions of project value to key stakeholders.
