Willow Yang is a business attorney specializing in advising technology companies throughout their corporate journey, from inception to major business transactions like mergers & acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs).

With a background in strategy consulting for multinational firms across the US, Asia, and the Middle East, Willow provides practical legal counsel to empower her clients in reaching their business objectives.

Education-wise, Willow pursued a JD/MBA at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a JD/MBA with dual majors in Accounting and Marketing at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, she holds an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, also from Stanford University.
