Will Murphy is a tech innovator, entrepreneur, and expert in the internet of things (IoT) industry. With a background in economics and finance, he paved his way in the tech industry, co-founding SenseAware, an IoT logistics platform, and founding SurfRate, an internet search engine based on user reviews.

His contribution to the IoT industry didn't stop there. Murphy started FedEx Dataworks, the data and machine learning arm of FedEx, and went on to lead and advise Plug and Play Tech Center and Singularity University. He also founded the EPICenter Logistics Innovation Accelerator, sponsored by FedEx.

Currently, Murphy heads innovation at Data.ai, leading R&D, product design, engineering and product teams. He also played a significant role in Talla, an AI startup that was acquired in 2021, and MessagePath, which he co-founded.

His interest in complex systems, design, tech, economics, and physics has resulted in multiple patents, including intelligent agents, IoT, and online advertisement.
