He co-founded Frank White, dedicated to honoring The Notorious B.I.G. and celebrating Black culture.
A key figure in the passage of recreational cannabis legislation in New York under the MRTA, Willie has directed groundbreaking campaigns for various brands, including Absolut Vodka, Diesel, LVMH, TED, and Vanity Fair, among others.
He is an adept public speaker and thought leader on topics like creativity, branding, marketing, plant medicine, cannabis equity, intellectual property, and LGBTQ+ rights. Willie divides his time between Los Angeles and New York City, constantly immersed in the dynamic worlds of art, branding, and advocacy.
Willie pursued his education in BA Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development and a minor in International Business at Loyola University Maryland.
