Willian Matiola is a seasoned professional in Digital Design with over a decade of experience, having started his journey in 2010.

Currently, Willian manages two successful design companies with distinct focuses: one specializing in online education for User Interface Design enthusiasts and the other providing design consulting services to startups and businesses seeking to enhance their operations.

Willian's passion lies in creating innovative products that address real-world challenges, a drive that has defined his career marked by a blend of experimentation and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Academically, Willian pursued a Graduate course in Neuroscience and Behavior at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from SATC - Associação Beneficente da Indústria Carbonífera de Santa Catarina.

Throughout his professional journey, Willian has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as a Mentor at Awari, a former Mentor at Designlab, and a Founder Partner at Stoika Design.

His past roles include being a Senior UI Designer at Phillips Blumenau, Senior Product Designer at homeyou, Visual/UI Designer at Organizze, Writer at Revista W at Editora Europa, and Visual Designer at Virtualiza Agência Interativa.

Additionally, Willian was a Co-Founder at UI Lab School and Choco la Design, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to fostering growth and innovation in the design industry.
