William Zeng

William Zeng is an accomplished individual deeply immersed in the realms of quantum technology, early stage investments, and supporting public goods in the quantum tech sector.

With a strong educational background, William holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from Yale University. He also attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Throughout his career, William has held various key positions in prestigious organizations such as Quantonation, Unitary Fund, Goldman Sachs, Stanford University, and Rigetti Computing in roles ranging from Partner to Head of Product to Quantum Theorist.

He has been involved in research encompassing quantum computer architecture, quantum software/algorithm engineering, and quantum foundations, showcasing his expertise in the field.

William Zeng's contributions extend to scholarly publications and preprints, as well as being a Board Member at Diraq and a Visiting Researcher at ETH Zurich Quantum Device Lab.
