William Winsor

William Winsor II is an experienced Analyst with a strong background in working with Genesys and Avaya interactive telephony suites. He possesses excellent skills in Genesys, Requirements Analysis, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Enterprise Software, and Databases. William has a significant development expertise in C, C++, and Java across various IDE platforms and operating systems. He holds a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Physics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
