William White is the founder of Retriever llc, a company dedicated to providing personalized leadership recruitment services at a transparent monthly fee.

With close to twenty years of experience in leadership sourcing and recruitment, William blends his knowledge from both large enterprises and startup environments to deliver comprehensive services.

His expertise spans every aspect of the recruitment process, including defining roles, designing interview processes, outreach strategies, sourcing methods, talent mapping, candidate screening, and guiding both the employer and candidate through to the hiring decision.

William specializes in placing mid to senior-level executives across various domains such as data science, engineering (front-end, back-end, and mobile), IT, marketing, human resources, business operations, M&A, partnerships, legal, and design.

While he doesn't have direct experience in finance and product roles, his industry exposure ranges from health tech, clean tech, gaming, autonomous vehicles, non-profits, payments, search and advertising, social media, AI, networking, ecommerce, semiconductor, polymer science, REIT, to consulting firms.

William White holds a degree in Economics & Political Science from Skidmore College.

His previous roles include ownership of Retriever, leadership positions in recruitment agencies such as Flawless Recruit and Binc, as well as recruitment and sourcing roles at notable companies like Futurestep, Facebook, Google, Prezi, and Major, Lindsey & Africa.
