William Spurgeon

William Spurgeon is a seasoned professional with expertise in PV Solar systems inspections, computer and network support, data collection, and analysis.

With a strong background in International Project Management and R&D project transition, William has significant experience in operational deployments, both on an international and domestic scale.

His career has included involvement in military and national security intelligence, where he specialized in ELINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT.

William holds TS-SCI and Q Clearances, making his expertise in these areas highly valuable and sought after.

He pursued higher education, studying Executive Business Management for his MBA at UNM Anderson School of Management, and Electrical Engineering at The University of New Mexico.

Currently, William is the Owner and Consultant at Technical Services International, leveraging his skills and knowledge to provide expert consultations.

Previously, he held key roles at Los Alamos Laboratory, including Regional Sustainability Lead for South/Central Asia, Technical Lead in various countries like Kenya, Djibouti, Bangladesh, Columbia, Taiwan, and served as the ORCHID Plasma Project Leader.
