William Spalding

William Spalding is an accomplished educational leader with a diverse background in various school districts and educational organizations.

He holds a Master's degree in Educational Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a Credential in Social Science from Sonoma State University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

With extensive experience, William has served as the Superintendent at VALLEJO CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT and in the same role in several other districts including Galt Joint Union High School District and Dos Palos-Oro Loma Joint Unified School District.

His professional journey also includes roles such as Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services at Washington Unified School District, Program Manager of English Learners and Multicultural Education at San Juan Unified School District, Director of Educational Program Development at Total School Solutions, Director of Multicultural Education and Staff Development, and Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction at Grant Joint Union High School District.
