He was instrumental in leading cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch client experiences using Watson technology. Moreover, he worked as a Customer Success Manager at Securitize and was responsible for positively shaping customer experiences. He also worked at Communico, LLC as a Customer Success, Engagement, and Marketing professional.
