William Plunkett

William Plunkett is an accomplished professional with experience in the financial and hospitality sectors. Plunkett holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration. He began his career in the hospitality industry as a Front Counter Cashier and Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation before working his way up to Banquet Server at The Statler Hotel. Plunkett also gained experience teaching and assisting in courses such as Airline Service Management and the Dean's Distinguished Lecture Series at Cornell University. He later served as Night Auditor and Guest Services Agent at Stamford Plaza Hotel & Conference Center and Holiday Inn Express. He was eventually promoted to Assistant Controller at Crowne Plaza Stamford / Holiday Inn Express & Suites Stamford, where he managed accounting processes and financial reporting.
