The web interface, used by the client participants to view and make changes to their health and welfare portfolios. As this was the direct link to our end users we tested for efficiency, user friendliness and comprehensiveness.

The final interface was the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR), where I obtained information based on said requirements and coordinate with team members on how the process flow for each test stage would be executed.
