William Herlands

William Herlands is currently the Head of Fondue Product at Postscript. He holds a dual PhD in Machine Learning and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, where he focused on developing innovative methods for automating econometric tools and applying them to public policy and health issues. His research emphasizes the use of machine learning and statistics to analyze urban dynamics, particularly in areas such as disease, crime, and transportation.

In addition to his academic background, he has experience in applying advanced analytics to help policymakers create effective interventions. His work aims to improve government responsiveness and fairness through better data analysis and communication strategies.12
